A good friend found out this week that his son inherited a condition from him called Neurofibromatosis, Type 2. This can be a very debilitating condition. They originally took his son in for what they thought was a torn rotator cuff, but an MRI revealed several tumors along his cervical spine and brain. They met with a surgeon today, and now suspect that the tumors may indeed be malignant.
If you are so inclined, please offer up a prayer for my friend and his son, they could really use some good news about now…..
